All regular paper submissions will be handled electronically via the EDAS system and should conform to the following requirements:
- A maximum of 8 (eight) 8.5″x11″ pages (including figures, tables, and references)
- The paper must be in two-column format, using 10-point size or greater and reasonable margins and must be submitted in PDF format
- Unlike submissions to the main conference (ACM MobiCom), submissions to WiNTECH will NOT use double-blind reviewing
